SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Jan. 24 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Cabildo de Tenerife, through the Tenerife Science and Technology Park (PCTT), has launched the third call for the project ‘Promotion of the generation of employment of high technological value on the island of Tenerife’, within the framework of the Center of Excellence for Development and Innovation (CEDeI).
On this occasion, the training itineraries are related to the sectors of content generation and graphic design, and the computer area.
This initiative has a double aspect, on the one hand, it promotes specialization among professionals with a technological profile and, on the other, it favors job creation, since companies in the sector will be able to find qualified applicants in areas related to their scope of action.
The first vice president and Councilor for Innovation of the Cabildo, Enrique Arriaga, explains in a note that “the objective of this program is to adapt the training of students and their experience to the current demand of companies in the sector, promoting the direct creation of employment in the island area.
Thus, he insists that “one of the objectives of PCTT is to train in technologies and development methodologies of the latest generation”.
This training proposal is aimed at people registered on the island of Tenerife, who have a training base or previous experience in the ICT sector, and who want to improve their training to adapt to the current demand of companies in the sector.
Registration to participate in these courses must be done electronically and the term is open until January 27.
The Cabildo highlights that this initiative is a commitment by the Tenerife Science and Technology Park to achieve the specialization of professionals in a field of high labor demand, which contributes to promoting job creation on the island, thanks to the promotion of talents with a technological profile.
