SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Jan. 19 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Cabildo de Tenerife, through the area of Employment, Socioeconomic Development and Foreign Action, announces this Wednesday that this year the ‘Bonos de Tenerife’ campaign will continue, aimed at encouraging purchases in small commercial and hospitality businesses in the island and whose implementation had initially been limited to the Christmas period.
The island councilor, Carmen Luz Baso, assures that a new period will be opened that will allow the entire budget allocated to this project to be spent and some improvements will be added to make it more attractive.
Baso indicates that the participating businesses have shown their satisfaction with the initiative, since thanks to it they have been able to promote sales at a particularly difficult time.
“These are small businesses that until now did not have access to this type of commercial tools that have enabled them to retain and expand their clientele,” he details.
In total, 171 establishments have joined the campaign in 27 municipalities on the island, in which nearly 4,000 vouchers have been distributed.
