Guía de Isora opens a new square and garden area on Calle Altamar, in Playa de San Juan, after carrying out works at a cost of 42,532 euros. The mayor, Josefa Mesa, values: “We wanted to prioritize this action in that area, highly demanded by the residents and that will significantly improve the environment.”
Lighting has also been improved, with Led-type streetlamps and a type of pavement has been placed that helps decontaminate the air; that is, tiles that absorb particles such as CO2 and perform a function similar to that of trees. “In this way we gain accessibility and continue to increase sustainability in the municipality,” says the Guiense Town Planning Councilor, Eduardo González.
Work will soon begin to remodel all the wakes and the construction of the new center in El Calvario is progressing at a good pace.
