SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Jan. 17 (EUROPA PRESS) –
During the 2021 financial year, the Diputación del Comun received a total of 3,671 citizen complaints, which is 26.46% more than in 2020, in which a total of 2,903 were registered, a figure that becomes the largest number of complaints registered in the Diputación del Común since its inception as an institution.
Likewise, this increase has also been reflected in the number of calls received after launching the free telephone line 900 928 922, which centralizes calls from all the islands of the archipelago and facilitates and improves attention to citizens.
Thus, the institution attended a total of 10,301 calls during the year 2021.
These data show, in the opinion of the institution, a greater proximity of the population to the Diputación del Comun and a greater knowledge about the services it provides with respect to the defense of constitutional rights and freedoms, as well as about the supervision of the actions of public administrations in accordance with the provisions of the law.
