The Canarian Institute of Hemodonation and Hemotherapy (ICHH) has moved a mobile unit to the municipality of Güímar with the aim of facilitating blood donation.
This new temporary blood donation point will be operational on Santa Cruz Avenue, in the urban center of the municipality, until the next day 24. Its hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., except on the 24th, when it will close at 8:00 p.m.
The ICHH also reminds that people vaccinated against Covid-19, with both one and two doses, can donate blood after 48 hours of inoculation.
In the south, extractions are also carried out at the fixed point of the San Isidro Health Center, in Granadilla, from Tuesday to Thursday from 2:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Friday from 9:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
