In addition, the Aemet Weather Forecast and Surveillance Group in the Canary Islands will extend until tomorrow for all the islands of the Archipelago the probability of moderate to strong trade winds with occasional gusts of 60 to 70 kilometers per hour.

The areas that will be exposed they will be the usual ones for this northeast wind: interior and southern coasts of Lanzarote; inland and Jandía (mainly the Sotavento beaches) of Fuerteventura; southeast and west slopes and peaks of Gran Canaria; southeast slopes and northwest tip of Tenerife; west and east points and summits of La Gomera; southeast slope and northwest tip and El Paso, on La Palma; and the east slope and northwest point and summits of El Hierro.

Otherwise, the sky will be cloudy under cover, with wide clearings in the south of the islands of greater relief, according to the prediction of the Aemet. The wind will blow from the northeast moderate to strong.

Lanzarote

Predominance of cloudy skies. Low probability of drizzle in the north during the early morning. Temperatures with little change. Moderate to strong northeast wind, more intense in inland areas where very strong intervals in the first half of the day are not ruled out.

EXPECTED MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES (° C): Arrecife 15 22

Fuerteventura

Predominance of cloudy skies. Low probability of drizzle in the north. Temperatures with little change. Moderate to strong northeast wind, more intense in inland areas and south of the Jandía Peninsula, where very strong intervals in the first half of the day are not ruled out.

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM EXPECTED TEMPERATURES (° C): Puerto del Rosario 16 21

Gran canaria

In the north and east, cloudy under cover. In the south, slightly cloudy to clear, alternating with some cloudy intervals. On peaks above about 1500 meters, clear. Chance of light rains in the north and east, more likely in the interior, decreasing to unlikely in the afternoon. Temperatures with few changes, except ascent of the minimum in summits. Moderate to strong northeast wind, more intense on peaks and on northwest and southeast slopes. Breezes on the southwest coast.

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM EXPECTED TEMPERATURES (° C): Las Palmas de Gran Canaria 17 21

Tenerife

In the north, cloudy to covered. In the west, cloudy intervals, more abundant in the afternoon. In the east, slightly cloudy alternating with some cloudy intervals. In central peaks, above about 1500 meters, clear. Chance of light rains in the north, more likely in the northeast, decreasing to unlikely in the afternoon. Temperatures with few changes, except ascent of the minimum in summits. Moderate to strong northeast wind, more intense in the extreme northwest and on the southeast slope. Breezes on south-west facing coasts.

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM EXPECTED TEMPERATURES (° C): Santa Cruz de Tenerife 16 21

The Palm

In the north and east, cloudy to overcast, with a high probability of light rains, decreasing to unlikely in the afternoon-night. In the west, cloudy intervals. Temperatures with few changes, except ascent of the minimum in summits. Moderate to strong northeast wind, more intense in the extreme northwest and on the southeast slope, as well as in the El Paso area. Breezes on south-west facing coasts.

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM EXPECTED TEMPERATURES (° C): Santa Cruz de La Palma 18 20

La Gomera

In the north, cloudy to overcast, with a high probability of light rains, decreasing to unlikely in the afternoon-night. In the south, cloudy intervals. Temperatures with few changes, except ascent of the minimum in summits. Moderate to strong north wind, more intense in the extreme northwest, east and on summits. Brisas on the south coast.

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM EXPECTED TEMPERATURES (° C): San Sebastián de La Gomera 18 22

The iron

Cloudy intervals, alternating with clearings in the southwest. High probability of light rains in the north, decreasing to unlikely in the evening. Temperatures with few changes, except ascent of the minimum in summits. Moderate to strong northeast wind, more intense on the northwest and southeast slopes, as well as on the peaks. Breezes on the southwest coast.
