The Court of Instruction number 2 of Arona, acting as guard, has ordered the admitted to preventive prison reported and without bail of the man accused of end the life of your neighbor in the past days, as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of homicide, according to sources from the TSJC.
The judicial authority, upholding the defense’s request, does not oppose the alleged murderer being admitted to the Salto del Negro Prison, in Gran Canaria, and not in Tenerife 2, in order to preserve his physical integrity. Apparently, in Tenerife 2 people related to the victim could have entered. Nor does he object to the fact that, once he is admitted to Salto del Negro, he is admitted to the infirmary module of this prison.
Likewise, it is authorized that – without losing the condition of preventive prisoner – he is transferred to a public health hospital psychiatry unit so that his condition can be evaluated, being able to remain temporarily admitted, if so deemed by the physicians who recognize him.
The procedure it will not go to the courts of violence against women, as there is no sentimental relationship between the investigated and the victim.
