SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Jan. 3 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Civil Guard agents belonging to the Fasnia Post have detained a woman and two men aged 42, 46 and 37, the first neighbor from the municipality of El Rosario and the others from Candelaria, all accused of a crime of robbery with violence and intimidation and another against road safety.
The events occurred at a gas station in the town of Abades, when the victim was allegedly attacked by the defendants, from whom they managed to steal the 3,000 euros in cash that he was carrying, causing serious damage to his vehicle so that he would not have the possibility of following them.
After receiving the alert in which the victim herself communicated the commission of the aforementioned criminal act, various Civil Guard patrols from different units that were providing service immediately coordinated to establish a search device that would allow them to locate the alleged perpetrators of the crime.
During the monitoring carried out, they managed to intercept the vehicle in which the three defendants were traveling, when it was circulating through the Punta Larga roundabout, TF-1 highway towards Santa Cruz de Tenerife, belonging to the municipality of Candelaria, thus achieving, after a attempted escape, proceed to the arrest of the three alleged perpetrators.
The detainees, along with the proceedings instructed by the Fasnia Post, have been placed at the disposal of the Investigating Court of the Guardia de Granadilla de Abona.
