A woman has been injured after being trapped in her vehicle after overturning laterally on the Camino el Barrero in Cuevecitas, in the Tenerife municipality of Candelaria, has reported the Canary Islands Emergency Coordination Center, Cecoes-112.
The accident took place this Sunday afternoon, after 5:00 p.m., at which time the Canary Islands emergency services activated a sanitarized ambulance of the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC), as well as Tenerife Firefighters, Local Police and Civil Guard .
The woman suffered, at the time of assistance, a moderate abdominal and neck trauma, except complications, which meant her transfer by ambulance to the Nuestra Señora de La Candelaria University Hospital.
The driver was trapped and it was the firefighters who rescued the victim from the rear door of the vehicle and left her at the disposal of the SUC personnel for their attention. The police officers made the corresponding report.
