Special bus and tram hours on Christmas Eve and Christmas

Metrotenerife Y Titsa establish frequencies and special schedules for trams and buses on the occasion of Christmas Eve and Christmas. The former reinforce the services on weekends, while the latter change the time of the start and end of their routes on these special days. The Councilor for Mobility of the Cabildo and president of both public transport companies, Enrique Arriaga, invites you to use it on these Christmas dates to prevent further traffic congestion in the Metropolitan Area. Recent campaign highlights Unwrap yourself at Christmas with the Tram to encourage the use of the service.

Friday morning, On the 24th, Line 1 of the tram will run with frequencies of 6 and 7.5 minutes. In addition, as in previous years, and to reconcile this day with the company workers being able to celebrate Christmas Eve dinner as a family, the service will conclude on both lines at 8:30 p.m. From first thing in the morning, the 1 will operate every 6 minutes until 3:00 p.m. and then do it with frequencies of 7.5 and 10 during the afternoon. Line 2 will have a passing interval of 12 minutes, also until 3:00 p.m., and then it will be 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. At 8:30 p.m. the last units will depart from the Intercambiador and La Trinidad stops on Line 1, and from La Cuesta and Tíncer, in the 2.

On Christmas Day, Saturday 25, the tram will resume its service on both lines from 08:00 in the morning, with frequencies of 12 minutes most of the day, and then continue with the usual night service. Users can find out more on the Metrotenerife website and on their social networks.

In Titsa, the lines will end their services between 7:00 p.m. and 8:35 p.m. on December 24 and will operate again on Christmas Day from 8:10 in the morning. The short routes will make their last service tomorrow between 18:10 and 20:35, while the long routes will make the last departure at the time that allows them to have finished around 20:35.

On December 25, the bus service will begin to operate at 08:10 hours, according to the usual hours of each line on public holidays. All services can be consulted on the website, by calling 922.53.13.00, or through social networks.

Last departures.

Among the most popular lines, 014 and 015 will have the last departure towards La Laguna at 8:16 p.m. and 8:25 p.m., respectively, while in the Santa Cruz direction it will be at 20:05 and 20:25. Line 026, which connects Santa Cruz and La Laguna, will have the last exit in both directions at 7:50 p.m. Line 101, La Laguna-La Orotava, will have the last departure from Aguere at 7:40 p.m. and from Villa norteña at 7:50 p.m. The 102 and 103, which connect Santa Cruz with Puerto de la Cruz, will depart from Santa Cruz at 7:55 p.m. and 7:45 p.m., respectively. From the Port, at 7:55 p.m., 102 and 7:35 p.m., 103. For its part, the 108, which connects Santa Cruz with the Los Realejos junction, will have the last departure from the capital at 6:40 p.m. and from the realejero link at 7:00 p.m.

To the south.

The line 110, which connects Santa Cruz with Costa Adeje, It will leave the capital for the last time at 7:30 p.m. and at the same time in the opposite direction for the last journey of the day. Likewise, the 111 will connect for the last time both points of the Island at 7:25 p.m. from the capital and at 7:55 p.m. from the South. The 120, which connects Santa Cruz with Güímar, will make its last departure from the Interchange at 20:05 and from the southern municipality at 20:00. The 122 nexa Santa Cruz and Candelaria; It will depart for the last time that night at 7:50 p.m. to the south and at 8:00 p.m. in the return direction. The 473 will depart at 6:20 p.m. from Los Cristianos and at 7:45 p.m. from Los Gigantes. The 467 will make its last departure from Costa del Silencio at 7:50 p.m. and from La Caleta at the same time. Lines 104, 137, 420 and 711 will not serve overnight.

Urban service in the capital.

Lines 901, 902, 903, 904, 905, 906, 908, 909, 910, 911, 912, 914, 919, 920, 921, 923, 933, 934, 935, 936, 937, 939, 941 and 946 will perform its last services from the Interchange between 7:10 p.m. and 8:35 p.m., depending on the route. The 940 and 945 trips will end at 6:10 PM and 6:15 PM, respectively. Circular 914 will make its last departure at 20:35. The rest, 916, 917, 944 and 947, will carry out their usual working day hours, while 971 and 972 will not be operational.

The lagoon.

Lines 204, 206, 217, 219, 224, 260, 270 and 271 will end their services between 6:55 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The rest of routes, 201, 203, 253, 274 and 275 will have regular business day hours.
