The opposition went to the municipal plenary session yesterday on the date on which the Extraordinary plenary session should have been held. / YE

It will be next December 27 when the Extraordinary Plenary session requested by the opposition is held at the Santa Cruz City Council. This was confirmed by municipal sources after the PSOE, UP and Cs attended the plenary session yesterday to hold a session that they knew the municipal secretary had not convened. The three parties understand that the plenary session had been automatically convened for yesterday, after 15 days have elapsed since their request, so they recorded their discomfort in what they consider a violation of their right to public participation.

From the City Council it is explained that the aforementioned request had a defect so that, once it was corrected, it was when time began to run, so that the Secretary will convene the Plenary session shortly.
