SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Dec. 13 (EUROPA PRESS) –
National Police agents have arrested a 35-year-old man, with multiple police records for similar acts, as the alleged perpetrator of a robbery committed in a house located in the Tíncer neighborhood.
The police action began after the agents of the National Police, through Room 091, learned that a robbery was taking place at a home on Pardela street in the Tenerife capital.
Once the National Police patrol had appeared, they were informed by the robbery victim that a man had entered their home through the roof, and was still there.
After adopting the appropriate security measures, the national policemen entered the house and found a man. This person, pretending to be surprised, when asked by the agents, claimed that he had entered to change his clothes, wearing, indeed, the clothes of the resident of the house.
In view of the concurrent circumstances, the national police officers proceeded to arrest the alleged thief, caught red-handed, transferring him to the police station and reporting it to the competent judicial authority.
The actions were carried out by national police officers from the Citizen Security Brigade of the Provincial Police Station of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife National Police.
