The Tenerife tram reinforces the service on weekends during these Christmas holidays

The Tenerife tram you have activated the special service plan for Christmas weekends coinciding with greater commercial activity in the metropolitan area. The trams on Line 1 (12:00 to 20:00 hours) will offer 8-minute frequencies on Saturdays and 10 minutes on Sundays. The Minister of Mobility and president of the tram company (Metrotenerife), Enrique Arriaga, points out that this measure facilitates Christmas shopping on public transport. The Metrotenerife Christmas Plan It also provides special services for Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and Three Kings’ Eve, with reinforcements on Saturdays, December 11 and 18, Line 1 trams will operate every 8 minutes from 12:00 to 20:00, while On Sundays December 12, 19 and 26 and January 2, they will circulate with frequencies of 10 minutes. The trams will remain in service throughout the weekend with regular schedules and frequencies.
