The Local Police of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has closed this Friday access to the beaches of Roque de Las Bodegas and Almáciga, both located in the capital of Tenerife, due to the strong waves that affect the Canary archipelago these days.
This has been published by the police force through its Twitter account, which asks people who are in the area for caution.

The State Meteorological Agency yesterday activated the yellow warning (risk) in the Canary Islands due to strong gusts of wind and waves of between four and five meters.
In this regard, maximum gusts of up to 70 kilometers per hour will blow, which will affect the El Paso area, as well as the northwest and southeast extremes of La Palma; as well as on the peaks and slopes of the northwest and east of the islands of La Gomera and El Hierro.
