The Municipal Works area of San Juan de la Rambla announces the start of the repair of the facade of the Social Services building, located in San José, thus correcting the humidity problems of the parapet that surrounds the sloping roof, due to an undue accumulation of rainwater as it drains into the slab and the parapet.

The councilor states that for this, The option is to repair fissures and cracks in the façade and to repair the joint between the vertical facing of the block wall and the exterior carpentry, which has been affected by successive leaks. In addition, it is considered the replacement of part of the cladding and baseboards of the building, the repair of the overhang in the most damaged area (north and west), the replacement of the damaged roof and the exterior painting on vertical and horizontal faces. On the other hand, black forging enamel paint will be applied to two layers on railings, bars and other elements.
