The Department of Festivities of the City Council of La Laguna has made available more than 13,000 tickets to enjoy all the activities, free of charge, which will take place for nine days in the camp set up by the Three Wise Men in La Constitución de La Lagoon.
Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar have chosen this space as their magical logistics headquarters in the Canary Islands, where their pages will collect the letters from the boys and girls and prepare the gifts from December 22.
Music, theater, acrobats, storytellers, workshops and popular Canarian games are some of the initiatives that will take place in this installation.
Families interested in attending can purchase tickets through the platform www.mueveticket.com, where the opening days and hours are specified, as well as the rules and conditions for accessing the venue.
The Councilor for Festivities, Badel Albelo, highlights in a note that it is “an honor that Their Majesties have chosen La Laguna, specifically this park in the center of the city, as a base camp to expedite the delivery of gifts to girls and boys. children of the archipelago, before the visit that they will make on January 5 to each of the six districts of the municipality, in whose tours they work hand in hand with neighborhood associations and party committees ”.
The mayor recalls that this initiative is “one of the novelties included in the Christmas program of this edition, with more than fifty activities to maintain the illusion among families.”
After these almost two years of pandemic, he adds that “the City Council has opted to celebrate these dates with an agenda loaded with magic, always appealing to responsibility and complying with health protocols.”
Among the surprises prepared for the little ones, apart from the royal camp, he mentions the placement of eight mailboxes at different points in Aguere; the visit of the Magi to the schools, to collect letters; and the visit that they will make, together with their pages, to different squares, on January 3 and 4, to enjoy the actions prepared near the homes, which “will help avoid crowds and ensure the safety of all and all ”.
The logistics center of Their Majesties will open its doors on December 22, 23, 27, 28, 29 and 30, as well as on January 2 and 4, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on December 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 14.00 hours.
PREMISES DIVIDED INTO THREE ZONES
The enclosure will be divided into three zones – one with the name of Melchor, another for Baltasar and the third for Gaspar – and will be adapted to the norms and recommendations of the health authorities.
For this reason, and as prevention measures against the pandemic, attendees must remain seated and capacity will be limited.
In order to access the facility, therefore, you will need to have a ticket – a maximum of four can be purchased per buyer and about 1,500 tickets have been made available for each day.
