“Pa ‘the streets this Saturday all day,” said the First Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Commerce of Los Realejos, Adolfo González, yesterday before presenting the initiative for commercial and leisure revitalization that takes place today from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the open commercial area of Realejo Alto.
‘Pa’ la calle ‘kicks off the Christmas campaign in the municipality with a complete agenda of artistic, cultural, leisure and fashion catwalks in a format similar to’ The magic night ‘that could not be held due to the pandemic but with new settings, such as Plaza Viera and Clavijo, which will be added to those planned in Doctor González, La Gomera and El Hierro streets and Los Remedios and Canarias avenues.
There will also be four other small stages in the street or “pills”, with storytellers, children’s shows and acrobatics. There will also be a place for gastronomy and wines with a sample of products from the Gastronomic Seal of Los Realejos and another parallel of craft beers with 6 varieties; a craft fair with 15 artisans from Tenerife and the municipality’s La Papa Bonita Association; a charity walk led by NGOs with live workshops and sports activities.
Adolfo González gave these details accompanied by the president of the Los Realejos Merchants Association (ACORE), Jorán Torres, since the marketshow has had the collaboration of the sector. Specifically, 43 local companies participate that will offer special prices or discounts all day. In addition, he added, “buying in Los Realejos has a prize, since with the purchases made today in the participating establishments, tickets will be delivered for a draw for two trips to La Gomera and Gran Canaria.”
Finally, they stressed that all acts have a strict health protocol that requires the use of a mask and limit capacity.
