Civil Guard agents belonging to the Main Post of Playa de las Américas, with the support of agents of the Companion Rural Patrol (PRC) and agents of the Arona Local Police, have arrested a 46-year-old neighbor of the town of El Fraile as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against public health, in the form of drug trafficking.
The events occurred during the realization of an entry and registration device in a public establishment located in the town of El Fraile where the Civil Guard agents had various indications that affirmed that inside it there were people who could be committing a crime against public health.
When the agents entered the aforementioned establishment by surprise, the now accused tried to flee the premises, but was intercepted by the agents. After an exhaustive search, among his clothes and belongings, 21 white bags of different sizes were found.
After the corresponding tests to verify what type of substances they were, ten were positive for cocaine, five for heroin and six for crak. The detainee, together with the proceedings, have been placed at the disposal of the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 4 of Arona.
