Yesterday the new mayor of Ciudadanos, Marta Plasencia Gutiérrez / SERGIO MÉNDEZ, took office

The Candelaria City Council has put out to tender, for an amount of 913,605.62 euros, the second phase of the project of the Urban Regeneration and Renewal Area (ARRU) Antón Guanche III.

An action that contemplates the improvement of accessibility and the installation of elevators in the blocks, as well as the improvement and beautification of the urbanization and free spaces.

In addition, complying with the commitment acquired with the neighbors, the integral replacement of the sanitation and supply network will be included. Companies interested in submitting bids can do so until December 15 and the execution period for the works has been set at five months.
