The diversions affect flights from Madrid, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura and the cancellations correspond to an expected arrival from La Gomera and two departures to Madrid and Fuerteventura, all due to low visibility.
In addition, a flight from Tenerife North to La Gomera returned due to bad weather conditions on the Colombian island.
The bad adverse weather situation is coupled with the inoperability of the La Palma airport due to the accumulation of volcanic ash, with all flights canceled.
