A man has been rescued this Wednesday with moderate polytonusions after falling into a ditch in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The events took place shortly before 12 noon when the Center for Coordination of Emergencies and Security (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received a call in which it was reported that a man in a wheelchair had fallen into a ditch on Drago Street, in Barrio Nuevo.
Firefighters immobilized the affected person and rescued him from the place where he had fallen and the SUC basic life support ambulance staff assisted him and transferred him to La Candelaria Hospital.
The Local Police collaborated with the rest of the emergency resources and made the reports.
