According to the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET), the first frost of this autumn in the Canary Islands was registered in the Parador de las Cañadas, at 2,150 meters above sea level, on November 13. Likewise, the agency revealed that an average of four frosts on Mount Teide are common this month. Last year, however, six were recorded, and it was in the 1970s that 16 frosts in November broke the all-time record.

The truth is that in recent weeks the thermometers have been showing temperatures in a notable decrease in the Archipelago, which has forced the Canaries and Canaries to take the cardigan out of the closet. In addition, in its latest prediction, the State Meteorological Agency predicted cloudy intervals and the possibility of weak and occasional rains on the islands.
