Arona Gran Hotel will host, from November 19 to 21, the program Fit Weekend, which from Friday to Sunday will offer a series of activities around well-being and health to a small group of participants, including functional training sessions, yoga, nutrition and talks by professional experts related to a healthy lifestyle.
Fit Weekend begins Friday at 6pm on the Up! Rooftop! of the hotel with a class of sunset yoga by Gellytza (@gellytza), which is followed by cocktail later with which to say goodbye to the day. Saturday starts early in the gym with the Bemovement team of coaches, experts in different sports disciplines and injury treatment, who will be ready at 8.15am for a training session. functional training 45-minute yoga class, followed by a half-hour yoga class focusing on stretching and relaxation.
At 9:30 a healthy breakfast at the Up! to recharge and at 12 noon the hotel will witness the nutrition talk “Healthy dietary habits in the 21st century”, by Dr. Marta Rodríguez Pardo. A lunch at the new restaurant Jarea, recently opened and located on the sea, it will be the previous one to a table in the pool or a visit to the spa, where you can enjoy its thermal circuit.

For this reason, the Arona Gran Hotel has chosen him as the big star of the weekend and the presenter will offer the wellness and health talk “Give your life another life”, which will take place on the rooftop Up! and it will only be for guests staying in the Fit Weekend program. After the talk there will be a cocktail with the sunset as a companion.
Sunday starts again at 8:15 am with a functional Aqua training session with the Bemovement team, continues with relaxation yoga and stretching with Gellytza, a healthy breakfast and a good morning in a lounger or spa.
