National Police agents have arrested a 52-year-old man, with a police record, as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of exhibitionism committed on November 7 in Santa Cruz de Teneirfe.
The agents were required around 12 noon that day to go to Francisco Ucelay Sabina street in the capital of Tenerife (near the Auditorium) where, according to the alert, a man was masturbating in front of a group of girls under the age of age.
Once at the scene, several citizens ratified the available information and identified the alleged exhibitionist. On the one hand, the agents spoke with the minors, a group of fifteen-year-olds, who confirmed that the identified man had masturbated in front of them in the middle of the street.
Given the above, the national police officers proceeded to arrest the man and, after verifying that the minors were in perfect condition and did not require assistance, they transferred him to the police station.
The detainee, together with the statement made for this purpose, was made available to the competent judicial authority.
The actions have been carried out by national police officers of the Citizen Security Brigade of the Provincial Police Station of the National Police of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
