Carrying out the work required the drafting of a project whose completion will have a cost over 29,000 euros, due to the difficulty of the demolition and debris removal works, since the house is located on the cliff and in an area of narrow streets that prevent the use of heavy machinery.
Díaz highlighted the complexity of this long file, in which multiple requirements have been made to the community of owners. The mayor indicated that “we are going to act urgently, not only due to the absence of responses, but because the planned action coincides with the breaking of a pillar.” In the event that the owners of the property do not assume the cost of the action, the City Council will assume the property as compensation.
