Organized by different faculties of the University of La Laguna, throughout the month of October different chops have been carried out in the Parque de la Mesa Mota, in La Laguna.

Today an image of the place has been viralized, completely full of garbage, although this does not correspond to this year, something that can be seen by looking at the furniture, already removed, from the place.

What is true, as different people and associations actively denounced on social networks, is that, after these concentrations, which bring together hundreds of young people, the place is full of garbage and waste from both the chop and those bottles.

Yesterday one was held again in that same place, appreciating a significant agglomeration of young people without Covid security measures, but, according to sources close to the La Laguna City Council, no relevant incident was recorded. Soon students from another faculty of the ULL will carry out another similar meeting in the same place, specifically on November 6.
