
The City Council of Santiago del Teide within the wide range of the project “A Sea of Experiences” has organized for this weekend, specifically, for October 29, 30 and 31 in the Plaza de Puerto de Santiago a fair of nautical activities and samples of artisan products that will be accompanied by workshops and different activities related to the sea.
In this sense, this Friday, October 29 at 4:00 p.m. a workshop for children’s crafts of the sea will be held. On Saturday, October 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. the fair of nautical activities and samples of handicraft products will be open. At 10:00 the children’s cooking workshop “Taste your Coast” will take place and at 12:30 pm, there will be a cutting of Canarian fish from our area. Already in the afternoon, starting at 5:00 p.m., there will be different musical performances in the square.
On Sunday, October 31, again from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. the fair of nautical activities and samples of handicraft products will be open. At 12 noon, there will be a children’s rope workshop entitled “Learning sailor knots”.
People interested in registering their children for the different workshops should do so, previously, by calling 922-86-31-27 ext 402 and / or 403; while the entrance to the fair, cutting of fish and musical performances is free until full capacity is reached.
