The operators of a company waste separation from Tenerife found this week a small dog among the pounds of garbage that he collects every day. The animal, which is in apparent good health, had been deposited in one of the containers de la Isla, from where he ended up in company vehicles.
It was the collection technicians who noticed the presence of the animal inside, in the middle of the garbage. After attending him on the same separation floor, the animal was even in the mood for games and pampering.
Pet for a day of all workers, the animal ended up being adopted by one of them, who took him home to take care of him. It is not the first time that this or other companies in the sector have found abandoned animals during the waste collection tasks, although not all have the same luck.
