2022 work calendar in Spain and each community

The Canary Islands work calendar in 2022 it will have up to eleven public holidays for the entire archipelago and one specific for each island. In addition, each municipality will have two additional local holidays.
The January 1 (Saturday), New Years, and the January 6 (Thursday), Epiphany of the Lord, will be the first two national holidays present in the Canarian work calendar for 2022. The others will be the April 14 and 15, Holy Thursday and Good Friday; the August 15 (Monday), Assumption of the Virgin; the October 12 (Wednesday), Hispanic Day and National Holiday of Spain; the November 1 (Tuesday), All Saints Day; the November 6 (Sunday), Day of the Spanish Constitution and the November 8 (Tuesday), Immaculate Conception’s Day.
In the islands of El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, La Palma, Lanzarote, La Graciosa and Tenerife, the working holidays will also be the following: El Hierro: September 24 (Saturday), feast of Our Lady of the Kings; on Fuerteventura: September 16 (Friday), festival of Our Lady of the Rock; on Gran Canaria: September 8 (Thursday), festival of Our Lady of the Pine; on La Gomera: October 3 (Monday), feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe; on La Palma: August 5 (Friday), feast of Our Lady of Las Nieves; on Lanzarote and La Graciosa: September 15 (Thursday), feast of Our Lady of the Volcanoes; on Tenerife: February 2 (Wednesday), feast of the Virgen de la Candelaria.
In the case of Christmas Day, which falls on Sunday, it will be moved to Monday December 26. The same situation affects the Labor Party or Workers’ Day, which is traditionally celebrated on May 1, but which falls on a Sunday, but unlike other communities, the Canary Islands will not transfer it the next day.
To these days we must add a bridge, since the May 30 (Monday) It will be a holiday for the Day of the Canary Islands.
In addition to these twelve related festivals, they will be held in each municipality two local holidays determined by the Canarian city councils.
