The high temperatures of the last few days will tend to drop somewhat in Canary Islands this Thursday, when the skies will remain mostly clear but the wind will pick up until leaving strong and even very strong gusts in many places of the islands, according to the Meteorology Statal Agency (Aemet).
The maximum will be 27 degrees in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where the minimum will be 20, and 25 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where it will drop to 22, according to its forecast, which indicates that the wind is expected from the northeast, with strong gusts in almost all the islands that will be especially intense in El Hierro.
Northeast winds will also predominate in the waters of the Canary Islands, where their strength will oscillate between 3 and 4 or between 5 and 6, depending on the areas, and there will be swell or strong swell, with a west or northwest swell of 1 to 2 meters .
