The House of Carnival has been the place chosen to unveil the next scene of the Festivities in 2022. Inspired by science fiction, it has a total area of 2,100 square meters and 250 of screen.
Science fictionn will be the theme that presides over the Carnival 2022 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, whose main dates will elapse between January 28 and March 6 of next year.
The choice arises from the popular vote by Internet users participants in the consultation made by the Autonomous Party Organization through the municipal website carnavaldetenerife.com, between May 17 and 24.
The aforementioned platform registered 5,737 votes, of which 3,088, 53.8 percent of the total, were for ‘Science Fiction’, ahead of the other two finalists. The second voted proposal was ‘New York, the city that never sleeps’, with 1,370 votes (23.9%), and in third place was ‘Television’, with 1,284 votes (22.4%).
