
The 24-hour monitoring volcanic surveillance network of the National Geographic Institute (IGN) has located an earthquake this Tuesday in the municipality of Adeje, in the south of the island of Tenerife.
The tremor was located northeast of Adeje at 09.13 hours. With magnitude 1.2 mbLg, it occurred at a depth of 11 kilometers and has not been felt by the population.
Last morning there was also another earthquake in the northeast of the municipality of Guía de Isora. With a magnitude of 0.8 mbLg, this tremor was registered at 04.09 hours at a depth of 13 kilometers.
In previous days, earthquakes have been detected in Santiago del Teide (1.4 mbLg), Guía de Isora (1.1) and Vilaflor (0.8)
