SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Oct 5 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A man, whose age is unknown, drowned this Tuesday afternoon on Fañabé beach, in Costa Adeje.
The events occurred at 3:49 p.m. when the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 112 of the Government of the Canary Islands received a call informing that lifeguards on the beach had taken a person out of the sea.

The rescuers verified that the man, who was floating in the water, was in cardiorespiratory arrest, so they began to practice resuscitation maneuvers.
The SUC personnel arrived at the scene found that the patient remained in cardiorespiratory arrest and continued to perform advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers without obtaining a result, confirming his death.
The Local Police collaborated with the rest of the emergency resources
and the National Police carried out the judicial proceedings.
