The institutions and beneficiaries of these grants may subsidize reform, restoration and rehabilitation works as well as demolition and may also allocate the amounts received in hiring personnel and purchasing material. And the amounts to be received range between 400 and 800 euros depending on the amounts of the projects presented. Applications must be submitted within a maximum period of 30 calendar days following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, which occurred last Friday.
“We started this project with the intention that it be perpetuated over time and ratify that maxim that says that people doing small things obtain very great results”, indicated the counselor Isabel García. The insular head of the Natural Environment area added that there are many “spaces on the island that need small rehabilitation and improvement projects, public and private, and that is why we have designed this line of subsidies to take the first step in these small actions.”
