The Santiago del Teide City Council organizes a “Green Smoothie Workshop. Healthy Habits, Biotic Habits” that will be given by the company Naturalmente Margui.
The workshop is scheduled for next Wednesday, September 22, from 6:30 p.m. at the La Vigilia Social Center in Puerto de Santiago and registrations can be made by calling 922-86-31 27 ext 300 and / or 113, being the same limited.
From the City Council with the idea of continuing to instill healthy habits in the population, this workshop has been organized whose main objective is to disseminate and promote the consumption of healthy foods.
It is a simple option to encourage the population to consume healthy, as well as tasty, food through the different mixtures of fruit, vegetables, seeds and nuts.
