SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Sep 14 (EUROPA PRESS) –

The president of the Canary Islands, Ángel Víctor Torres, has sent a message of tranquility to the Canarian population, especially to the inhabitants of La Palma, as a result of the seismic swarm that has been registered since last weekend, and has affected that the Scientists and experts are already analyzing this phenomenon.

In statements to the media, the president has indicated that PEVOLCA will meet again tomorrow Wednesday, which is following events “very closely”, and wanted to remember that the Archipelago is made up of volcanic islands that have already experienced episodes like this in its recent history.

Ángel Víctor Torres has insisted that at this time we must see how this seismic phenomenon evolves, which is beginning to move towards the west, and has once again launched a message of tranquility assuring that “if decisions have to be made, they will be made with the utmost security for the population “.
