SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Sep 11 (EUROPA PRESS) –

A 20-year-old young man was injured on the morning of this Saturday when he suffered a fall on Diego Hernández Beach, within the municipality of Adeje (Tenerife), according to the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) 112.

A helicopter from the Canary Islands Government Emergency and Rescue Group (GES) came to the place, which located and rescued the injured person to evacuate him to the Adeje Fire Department heli-surface.

An ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) was waiting there, whose staff assisted the boy with a moderate knee trauma, for which he was transferred to the South Hospital.

For their part, Adeje Local Police officers collaborated with the intervening resources.
