The National Police have arrested two young men aged 21 and 26 as alleged perpetrators of a crime of attempted homicide committed in La Laguna (Tenerife) after one of them stabbed another male for discussions regarding the occupation of homes.
In a statement, the Higher Police Headquarters of the Canary Islands explained that the events took place on August 18 in the Taco neighborhood when a brawl occurred on Santos Street during which one of the contestants stabbed another causing considerable injuries. .
The victim was rushed to the hospital, where he was treated for the serious injuries that had been caused, for which he had to undergo surgery on different occasions.
For its part, the investigation focused on identifying the participants in the brawl, who fled after materializing the attack.
Days later, these people were located and detained by the national police in an occupied house in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, leaving both at the disposal of the competent judicial authority, which determined the entry into prison of one of them.
