The Canarian Inma Rodríguez Trujillo (Tenerife, 1972) is the new director of the Contigo area of BBVA, which will manage digital clients in the Archipelago. It is a newly created business unit, and it will be the main lever for transforming the customer relationship model. Rodríguez was from 2019 until now director of the Client Banking Center of Tenerife Sur and La Gomera.
Digital channels have been key in the context of the pandemic. In recent months its use has accelerated and 71% of the bank’s clients in Spain interact through digital channels. “In this new context, we work to respond to our clients wherever they demand us,” said Inma Rodríguez Trujillo.
The new director of the Contigo area of BBVA in the Canary Islands has a degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of La Laguna. He joined BBVA in 1998 in the Commercial Banking area, where he has spent his professional career directing different business units in the province of Tenerife. She defines herself as passionate about teamwork, which has led her to improve her communication and leadership skills. In 2020, he was certified as an ACTP (Accredited Training) coach and an Expert coach in Emotional Management), both by the European School of Coaching in Madrid.
