Health notifies that 369 people are still hospitalized and 79 are in the different ICUs
The Ministry of
Health of the Government of the Canary Islands today confirms 147 new cases of coronavirus Covid-19. The
total accumulated cases in the Canary Islands it is
13,583 active persons, of which 79 are admitted to the ICU and 369 remain hospitalized. In the last 24 hours the
death of a 75-year-old man in Tenerife, who suffered from previous pathologies and was in hospital admission.
Accumulated Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands it is
63.74 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and
14 days in the
154.97 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
Tenerife Today it adds 74 cases with a total of 44,081 accumulated cases and 8,177 epidemiologically active cases;
Gran canaria has 35,037 accumulated cases,
53 more than the previous day and 4,961 active.
13 new casess with 6,563 accumulated and 150 epidemiologically active; Fuerteventura has 4,058 accumulated cases with
four cases more than the previous day and 251 active.
La Palma adds a new case and it has 1,076 accumulated and 28 active cases;
El Hierro registers two new positives so its accumulated are 446 and its assets are nine. For its part,
La Gomera does not increase its cases, so it remains at 3 92 accumulated and seven assets.
The data reported today represents a
decrease of 37 positives compared to Sundayorlast, when 184 new ones were notified. In the last 27 days there has been a continued decline in the number of cases.
To date, a total of 1,997,094 has been made
diagnostic tests in the islands, of which
3,376 correspond to yesterday.
