The extinguishing services have quelled an outbreak of fire declared this Tuesday in Tacoronte, sources from the Cabildo de Tenerife reported.
In the fire, located in the Barranco de Las Lajas, 6 square meters of grass, herbs and manure burned.
For its extinction, means of Brifor and the insular area of Medio Natural have been deployed.
It is the second outbreak of which there is evidence in the last hours in Tenerife after the one on the Camino de Chasna, in La Orotava, which affected some 200 hectares of scrubland.
