The Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) today attended a 4-year-old boy who suffered a semi-drowning in El Camisón beach, in the Tenerife municipality of Arona.
The Emergency and Security Coordination Center of the Government of the Canary Islands (Cecoes) 112 reports that at around 11 a.m. the alert was received that a minor with signs of drowning had been taken out of the water.
The SUC staff assessed and assisted the minor who was transferred to the South Hospital in a moderate condition.
