The affected by wave of evictions in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, who have been camped out in front of the Presidency of the Government of the Canary Islands since the beginning of July, have decided to move to the La Candelaria square to continue their fight for decent housing.
They assure that “different administrations have pressured and intimidated the families so that they do not go ahead with the change of location”, but this Sunday, around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, the booths were already set up in the place.
